Job Summary

As a key member of the HR team, the HRIS Analyst will be accountable for managing and maintaining the HRIS system, creating, implementing, and maintaining solutions aligned with the business needs. The HRIS Analyst will collaborate with leaders on a day-to-day basis, as well as, provide thought leadership solutions to automate HR processes and support various areas within HR. The HRIS Analyst performs all duties in a manner which promotes effective communication, collaboration, teamwork and reflects Emanate Health's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Minimum five years of HR Experience with two years of HRIS experience. Excellent customer service skills required.

Minimum License Requirement:

Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
