Job Summary

The Sr. Application Analyst will function as a resource expert with an in-depth working knowledge of the applications to support a specific service area. Provides ready resource solutions at hand. Responsive to facilitating application refinements or corrections provided by subject matter experts and using team leadership skills to identify key stakeholders. May delegate and/or assign key solution processes. Independently provides system consultation, analysis and overall leadership related to acquisition, support and use of complex, integrated computing applications. Uses project management methodology and tools to manage projects. This individual may provide direction and or oversee work performed in relation to an assigned project or specific business service workflow analysis and correction. As a member of the Information Services department, this individual may at times, function as both a team leader and effective team member.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in the area of a clinical field, business, or computer related field is highly desired. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

HIGHLY prefer expertise in the area of Kronos WFC, Timekeeping, Analytics. Kronos configuration experience is a plus. A minimum of two years` Information Services experience in a hospital setting working with clinical applications. Proven Project management including use of planning, workflow analysis, consensus building, testing, training, validation testing, go live planning and support. Knowledge and experience working with HL7 Interfaces are a plus. Strong analytic reasoning. Team Leadership skills. Clear, concise oral and written communications skills. Excellent customer service skills.

Minimum License Requirement:

Current CA Driver`s license. Must be able to commute to various campuses or physician offices.

Pay Range:
