This role is for a driven, self- starter who is skilled in digital communications and advertising. For this role, knowledge of creating, implementing and optimizing paid search and digital ad campaigns for performance and conversion is a must. The Digital Communications & Advertising Specialist must have a basic understanding of data analysis and conversion tracking. In this role, the Digital Communications & Advertising Specialist must have basic knowledge of graphic design software including Adobe InDesign. This person will manage digital ads, and work with the Marketing & Communications team to drive measurable results on branding and service line campaigns aimed at enhancing the reputation of the brand across the organization.
Minimum Education Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in the applicable field required.
Minimum Experience Requirement :
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing including SEO/SEM, paid search, display ads, pay per click, YouTube ads, email marketing, and social media advertising campaigns. Experience with Google Search ads, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube advertising. Proficient in Google Analytics. Google Analytics certification preferred. Proficient in Adobe InDesign. Experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred. Skillfully agile with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Passion for keeping current with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and metrics. Be willing to learn new software and techniques as needed. People person with excellent customer service skills required.
