Job Summary

Assess, plan/develop, implement and evaluate learning/resource needs related to orientation and continuing education needs for all levels of professional and ancillary staff members throughout the Nursing Departments in CVHP. Responsible for the supervision/coordination of related programs. Promotes professional growth of staff and demonstrates a supportive role in health related classes to staff and the community.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree required. Doctor of Nursing Practice preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Three (3) years of education and program development experience in an acute care setting. Knowledge of adult teaching methods. Excellent customer service skills required.

Minimum License Requirement:

Current California RN license. BLS required.
