Job Summary

Provides evidenced-based pharmacy services utilizing medical-staff approved protocols to manage therapeutic regimens for patients in a hospital-based clinic setting. This position will work in a multidisciplinary team to review, verify, and oversee preparation of medications, to provide patient education, and to ensure the delivery of high-quality care throughout all areas in the Medical Arts Building (MAB2).

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement :

Pharm.D. degree preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement :

A minimum of two years of hospital or ambulatory infusion experience as a pharmacist or completion of a residency program in a hospital practice ort ambulatory infusion setting. Three years of oncology experience or oncology residency preferred.

Minimum Licensure Requirement:

Current registration and licensure in California as a Pharmacist. BLS or ACLS required.
