Job Summary
The Unit Manager will have management oversight of Mother Baby Care Unit (MBCU), Pediatrics and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The Unit Manager should have the ability to work between the various departments, enable a collaborative working environment within the Family Birth & Newborn Center, and facilitate interdepartmental communication and team building. The manager will embody the philosophies of Building Connections and demonstrate outstanding customer service to all patients, visitors, staff, and physicians.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Attends at least one leadership seminar each year. BS/BSN preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement:
At least 3 years of leadership experience in a perinatal department. Manager experience preferred.
Minimum License Requirement:
California RN license
BLS required.
NRP certification required.

Pay Range:
$53.37 - $78.45Culture
