Job Summary
The Unit Manager will have management oversight of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatrics. The Unit Manager should have the ability to work between the various departments, enable a collaborative working environment within the Family Birth & Newborn Center, and facilitate interdepartmental communication and team building. The manager will embody the philosophies of Building Connections and demonstrate outstanding customer service to all patients, visitors, staff, and physicians.
Job Requirements
a. Minimum Education Requirement :
BS/BSN preferred.
b. Minimum Experience Requirement :
Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience in a perinatal department. Minimum of one (1) year experience as NICU staff registered nurse. Manager experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.
c. Minimum License Requirement :
California RN license. BLS, PALS and NRP required. Annual 1 hour of stroke education required.

Pay Range:
$53.37 - $78.45
