Job Summary

Direct all annual giving and communications activities of Emanate Health Foundation. Lead an intentional and comprehensive program to raise individual gifts. Develop and execute an integrated, multi-channel communications program to achieve annual fund targets. Support the communications of special events, grants, major giving and planned giving to attain Foundation goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Minimum Experience Requirement :

Previous fundraising experience in a hospital or academic health sciences setting preferred. A personal track record of effective fundraising is required as are the organizational skills to manage a comprehensive annual giving program. Strong verbal and written skills. The ability to interact with physicians, staff, donors, current and grateful patients. Ability to be flexible as to work environment, as the Foundation represents three hospitals, hospice, home health and ambulatory care sites.
