Job Summary
The Human Resources Operations Manager will support and drive HR operations, compliance, and general HR duties while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices. The HR Operations Manager will work directly with hospital leadership, employees, and the Chief People Officer (CPO) to cultivate a positive work environment, ensure operational efficiency, and foster a culture of compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement :
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum Experience Requirement :
Minimum five (5) years of human resources experience required. Experience in the healthcare industry preferred. Strong knowledge of human resources laws and regulations. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Pay Range:
$67.23-98.82 an hour
