Job Summary

Provides assessment and nursing intervention in the provision of care in the outpatient wound care setting. Contributes nursing expertise in the development of policies, procedures and standards of patient care. Utilizes nursing skills to determine the biophysical, psychological, environmental, self- care and educational needs of the patient/family/significant other to develop, implement and revise the plan of care.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

BSN Preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

All(1)newlygraduatednurses,(2)re-entrynurses,and(3)nursesnewtotheU.S.healthcaresystemmustsatisfactorilycompletetheEmanate HealthR.N.New GradProgram. Two years of clinical wound care experience and Wound Specialty certification preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.

Minimum License Requirement:

Current RN license in the State of California. Maintains BLS certification. 40 hour introductory course on Hyperbaric Medicine is required prior to delivery of Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy.
