Job Summary
The Staff LVN is a licensed clinical practitioner who provides patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the patient's home. He/She ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner consistent with the standard of care/within scope of practice.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Minimum Experience Requirement:
At least one year of professional nursing experience required. One year of acute, SNF, hospice, or home health experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.
Minimum License Requirement:
Current LVN license in the State of California. Maintains BLS healthcare provider certification/re-certification as required. IV and blood withdrawal certification are required upon date of hire/transfer. Current valid Driver's License along with current auto insurance coverage.
