Job Summary
As a key member of the HR team, the Supervisor of HRIS will be accountable for managing and maintaining Workday (the HR System), creating, implementing, and maintaining solutions aligned with the business needs. Works collaboratively and serves as the primary interface between HR and the IT department, software vendors, and Payroll to insure integrity of the HRIS system. Provides guidance in the management of systems, and all its HR components. Accountable for ensuring successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement :
Bachelor's degree required
b. Minimum Experience Requirement:
Minimum eight years of HR Experience with five years of HRIS experience. Experience with Workday HCM strongly preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.
Experience with system integrations is essential to facilitate smooth data flow and interoperability between HRIS and other business systems.

Pay Range:
$45.75 - $67.26
