Job Summary

The Property Manager manages the day-to-day of the assigned medical office buildings and off-campus properties. Manages all aspects of assigned properties and meet the demands of a property management office.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement :

Four (4) or more years of experience as a property manager or assistant property manager with an active role in day-to-day property operations. Strong analytical, communication and writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proven experience with standard property management procedures, property accounting, and financial reporting procedures. Excellent customer service skills required.

Minimum License Requirement :

California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) salesperson license. CPM or RPA desgination preferred.
