Job Summary
Responsible for providing an integrated framework to promote best in class quality of care including patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and performance improvement. Ensure continuous survey readiness and compliance with standards for Emanate Health. Directs all hospitals wide quality management efforts including achievement of Regulatory Compliance and Core Measures. Leads an environment of quality that is data and evidence driven and develops systems to objectively measure outcomes of care in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Partners and collaborates with management team and medical staff, facilitating teamwork and achievement of shared goals. Ensures that Emanate Health achieves high marks in public quality reporting agencies (e.g. Leapfrog and CMS). Assures that Joint Commission, CMS, DNV, and CDPH standards, in addition to those of all other accrediting and/or regulatory bodies, are met.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement :
Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience with evidence of strong leadership capabilities. Minimum of five (5) years prior experience in an organizational leadership role required. Excellent customer service skills. Experience in acute care, survey readiness, and healthcare quality required.
Minimum License Requirement :
Current California RN license. CPHQ is preferred. Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Pay Range:
$69.79 - $108.88
