Job Summary

The Manager Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition directs the nutritional care of patients given by the clinical team. Identifies problem areas and establishes/develops improved processes and  procedures.  Serves as a liaison between the department and nursing units and medicalstaff.  Ensures that all clinical nutrition services` policies and procedures are followed and are in compliance with The Joint Commission and all regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

BS or Master`s degree from accredited university in Nutrition and Food Science, Food management or other related field.  Master`s degree preferred. 

Minimum Experience Requirement:

A minimum of three years of food services experience, with two years of supervisor experience in a hospital setting required. Excellent customer service skills required.Certification from ADA as a Clinical Dietitian. IEHA or AHA Certification/Registration preferred.

Minimum License Requirement:

Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
